The hotel is situated in a perfect area in the center of this city with a beautiful view of the sea shore. The staff was kind and helpful, providing information about transportation and the best locations for sightseeing. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel facilities were great, with parking available.

The hotel's location was perfect, being just a few steps away from the sea was amazing. The room was clean, tidy, and looked quite new. The restaurant experience was wonderful, and we enjoyed trying different dishes each day.

There was some noise at night, which disturbed us, it seemed to be coming from some nearby clubs. It would have been great to have some soundproofing in the rooms.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location, close to plenty of restaurants and bars. It's perfect for those looking to be in the center of the action. Despite its location, the rooms are quiet and comfortable with great views of the city in some cases. the staff is friendly and attentive, making sure guests have everything they need.

There was a slight issue with the towels being too stiff and uncomfortable. everything else was fantastic and made up for this minor inconvenience.

What an awesome place! the view from our room was breathtaking, we could enjoy the scenery for hours. the staff was super friendly, they gave us the best recommendations about what to do and where to go. We loved the delicious food from the restaurant. we appreciated how clean and comfortable our room was. We had a great time exploring the area!

The hotel was in a lively location, which meant we could hear some noise from the surrounding areas. this wasn't a deal-breaker for us.

Amazing view of Saranda from the balcony. Luxurious and high-standard hotel. Excellent service and friendly staff. Great location in the city center, near restaurants, bars, and shops. Clean and new rooms. Fantastic restaurant with a diverse menu. Helpful staff who provide recommendations for activities in Saranda. Affordable prices for delicious meals
